  • What visual gear is best for outdoor events?

    For outdoor events, visibility and weather resistance are key. LED screens are often preferred as they deliver strong brightness and clarity, even in daylight. Projection screens may work for shaded or evening events, but you’ll need a high-lumen projector.


    It’s also important to choose gear with weather protection or install it under cover. If you’re hiring visual equipment in Mackay, local conditions like heat and humidity should factor into your setup planning.

  • How far in advance should I book visual equipment?
